Calendar girl, who's in love with the world; stay alive
COMMENT TO BE ADDED*
all fic is public, all else is locked.
behind the f-lock you may find: rambling and ranting and raving about my life, funny incidents that probably aren't as funny on screen as they are when they happened, various music posts that may appear from time to time (Ben Gibbard will invariably feature since I think his awesome knows no bounds); reasons why Joss is Boss, why I should have been born in 1940, why vinyl pwns all other forms of music (but that the advent of the mp3 does make me happy), why my geek love for Michael Cera is unrivalled, why Mike Newton is awesome, why most Michaels (fictional or no) are made of win; much spammage due to the discovery of new fandoms, episode commentaries or season roundups, detailed episodic posts concerning the latest events in Friday Night Lights, fangirling beyond belief; posts on how much I want to be Blair Waldorf but will settle for Maeby Funke, how deeply envious I am of Inara Serra's hair, how my wardrobe isn't even distinctly normal (22 skirts, red nails and I never wear flats folks), mentions of baking extravaganzas and the fact that I'd totally make the best housewife ever; posts concerning the hotness of James MacAvoy, Jason Bateman, the boys of FNL, Battlestar Galactica and Supernatural, Kyle Chandler and Nathan Fillion's magnificent hair; explanatory posts detailing my obsession with John Cusack and any film he is involved in, attempts to analyse film resulting in conclusions of - it's so pretty, love for films of all kinds in all languages, how music is probably the best thing that can happen to someone.
me, myself & i: I'm a young woman with a huge imagination and the capacity to talk endlessly even when no-one is listening. I believe in equal opportunity for all genders, races, sexualities and ages. I am a feminist. I am not political (except for the part where I am). I am pro-choice: a woman's body is her own and no-one has the right to take away her choices; this is non-negotiable. I believe in being prepared and that abstinence-only education results only in dangerous ignorance. I do not believe in God, but I have infinite respect for those that do. I believe that you have your opinions and I have mine. Some would call me a pessimist, narcissist, hopeless romantic but more often it’s cynic. (In fact, it’s me.)
If this interests you in any shape, manner or form, comment. Tell me a little about yourself. We'll work something out.
